In the last 24 hours, India logged 38,667 new Covid-19 cases and 478 related fatalities, the Union ministry of health and family welfare’s (MoHFW) dashboard showed on Saturday. Later in the day, President Ram Nath Kovind will address the nation on the eve of the 75th Independence Day.
